About Us

Our Strategy

Our strategy is hinged on stories of phenomenal women both in the bible and around us that we would like to model. The idea is to change mindsets by helping women imagine a better version of themselves, create environments and opportunities where they can thrive in their unique qualities, teach them to be better at what they do in leading themselves and others and eventually celebrate their accomplishment, humanity and success.

Imagine

Our approach is to change mindsets. We harness imagination for public good by encouraging and equipping young people to become engaged in imagining and creating hopeful futures for themselves, their families and their communities through both discourse and action.

Create

Teach

Practice is continuously reinvented, weaving from many fields. Our approach is to serve as catalysts and connectors. We share some of our simple practices (in the form of case studies, tools, agendas, protocols etc) not to promote replication but rather to add to the inventory of possibility that stretches your imagination and inspires you to create something even better.

Celebrate

We have fun, share good food, recognize and celebrate people’s contributions s often as possible. Laughter renews the human spirit, food creates fellowship and recognizing people’s contributions and sharing credit/ stories generously builds confidence and strengthens long-term partnerships and friendships
